Refund policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders to cover our food and labor costs.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Chip and Kale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes.
Chip and Kale cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled product by you. Chip and Kale cannot refund or take returns for taste preferences.

Chip and Kale cannot be responsible for customer given delivery/ billing address information.  Any amended address information must be emailed to us within 48 hours prior to delivery. 
Unpredictable weather could require amended delivery. We reserve the right to cancel/change/update delivery date/time, at our discretion.

*All Questions about Non-delivered/ Late shipments (outside our local delivery zone) should be addressed to FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. Chip and Kale will provide FedEx Tracking number as per requested by Chip and Kale customers only.
